Ad Mela Tx Cream is a medicated cream used in the treatment of melasma (dark patches on skin) and lightens dark spots. It contains Tranexamic Acid, Glycolic Acid, L-Glutamine, Dexa Arbutin, Aloe Vera Extract, Vitamin E Acetate and Dead Sea Mineral.
Tranexamic acid helps to brighten dark spots and improves pigmentation. Glycolic acid plumps the skin and helps boost hydration levels. L Glutamine is antiaging antioxidant that fights the signs of ageing improves quality of skin, translating into healthy glow, reduces wrinkles and dry spots.
