INTRODUCTION

9 PM EYE DROPS contains Latanoprost which belongs to the group of medicines called Prostaglandin analogs. It is used to treat open angle glaucoma and ocular hypertension (both linked to increased pressure in the eye). Glaucoma is a group of diseases characterized by gradual damage to the optic nerve (nerves that carry visual messages), that may result in loss of vision. Prior to the treatment, your doctor may want you to take certain eye tests to understand your existing condition.

Before using 9 PM EYE DROPS, inform your doctor if you or your child have eye problems (pain, irritation or inflammation of eyes, blurred vision or dry eyes) or viral infection of the eye. Also inform your doctor if you have severe asthma, are using contact lens or going to have an eye surgery (cataract surgery).

9 PM EYE DROPS is not recommended for use in pregnant and breastfeeding women. Safety and effectiveness of 9 PM EYE DROPS in prematurely born infants (less than 36 weeks gestation) has not been established yet. The most common side effects of using 9 PM EYE DROPS are problems with the eyes like a gradual change in eye colour and eyelashes, redness, irritation, or pain in the eye. Inform your doctor if any of these symptoms worsen.

HOW 9 PM EYE DROPS WORKS
