ANALIV TABLET is a combination of L Ornithine L Aspartate and Pancreatin which belongs to the group of medicines called Hepatoprotectors. It is used to treat acute and chronic hepatitis (inflammation of liver), cirrhosis of liver (scarring of liver tissue), jaundice (yellowish discolouration of skin and whites of eye), fatty liver or alcoholic liver disease, Liver protection against drugs and alcohol, atonic constipation, and hepatic encephalopathy (brain disorder due to severe liver disease). It is also used in adjunct to hepatotoxic drugs.
L Ornithine L Aspartate is an Amino acids works by increasing the levels of ornithine and aspartic acid in the body, these amino acids help to reduce levels of toxic chemical called ammonia in the blood. This helps to regenerate damaged liver cells which helps liver to carry out its functions smoothly and Pancreatin is a Digestive enzyme. Thus treating the liver disease and improves digestion.
