It is used to treat bacterial infections such as middle ear and sinus infections, respiratory tract infections, genital tract infections, urinary tract infections, skin and soft tissue infections such as dental infections, bone and joint infections, septic abortion (any abortion complicated by uterine infection) and abdominal infections. The symptoms of a bacterial infection may include fever, difficulty breathing, pus formation and pain.
Do not take ADVENT TANGY ORANGE FLAVOUR 228.5MG DRY SYRUP if you have a history of hypersensitivity to beta-lactams, including penicillin and cephalosporins or any other ingredients of this medicine. ADVENT TANGY ORANGE FLAVOUR 228.5MG DRY SYRUP is not recommended for use if you have a history of amoxicillin-clavulanate-associated jaundice or hepatic dysfunction.
Before taking ADVENT TANGY ORANGE FLAVOUR 228.5MG DRY SYRUP, inform your doctor if you are suffering from hepatic or renal impairment. Take ADVENT TANGY ORANGE FLAVOUR 228.5MG DRY SYRUP as advised by your physician. Shake well before use. Use the dosing syringe, cup or spoon supplied with the pack to measure the dose accurately. A dosing syringe is recommended to dose a child below the age of 3 months accurately. Dry Syrup/Dry Suspension:
